The Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board (BOIPB), in conjunction with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism (BMOT) and the Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association, will be hosting POST-Caribbean Travel Marketplace fam. Trips for registered buyers only on January 24th – 25th, 2020.
These trips are being offered to qualified Bahamas Out Islands tour operator and OTA representatives registered for Caribbean Travel Marketplace 2020. One company rep./island; a maximum of five (5) tour operator/OTA reps. + one (1) BOIPB/BMOT rep. per trip; first come: first served.
The Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board reserves the right to cancel any trip if we have less than three (3) tour operator or OTA representatives registered to participate.
All trips will include R/T airfare from NAS, hotel accommodations for 2-days/1-night, some meals and ground transportation. The “security deposit” per trip is $250/person. Majestic Holidays will take your credit card number, but would only charge the $250 if you are a “no show” the morning of the trip or if you cancel your travel plans after Monday, January 6th (ticketing date).

Flight times, host hotels and on-island itineraries are all subject to change. Host hotels will be confirmed at least two weeks prior to scheduled departures.
Recommendation: Choose your island based on the hotels you need to visit.

2-day/1-night trip to Cat Island.
Friday, January 24th – Saturday, January 25th:
2-day/1-night trip to Harbour Island/North Eleuthera and Governor’s Harbour (Central Eleuthera);
OR
Friday, January 24th – Saturday, January 25th:
2-day/1-night trip to Governor’s Harbour (Central Eleuthera) and Cape Eleuthera (South Eleuthera).
Friday, January 24th – Saturday, January 25th:
2-day/1-night trip to Great Exuma.
Friday, January 24th – Saturday, January 25th:
2-day/1-night trip to Long Island.

The Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board (NPIPB) will be offering hotel site inspections in Nassau on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 as follows:
Morning 10:00 am to 1:00 pm OR
Afternoon 2:00 to 5:00 pm.

The Bahama Out Islands Promotion is offering pre or post-Marketplace trips to other delegates who attend Marketplace (hotel reps. and DMO reps. from different countries/islands in the Caribbean, travel media sales reps., other tourism partners, etc.).
