April 16 – Suggested Date to Submit Registration to Allow You to be Included on the Appointment Scheduling Process
May 5, 9:00AM ET – Appointment Requests Deadline (the date by which all appointment requests must be received from registered Buyer and Supplier companies, to be included in the pre-scheduled appointment process)
May 7, 5:00PM ET – Appointment Schedules Released (At this time, you will be able to manually edit, send and receive appointments)
