August 30, 2019 – Last day for Flash sale registration fees to apply. To receive discounted rates, full registration payment must be received by deadline.
September 16, 2019 – Last day for Early Bird registration fees to apply.
October, 2019 – CHTA 2020 Dues invoices are sent to suppliers.
November 1, 2019 – Last date for cancellations to be refundable less a $200.00 per transaction processing fee. After November 1, 2019, all fees are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable with written notice until November 1, 2019. After this date, registrations are transferable for a fee of US$25.00 per transfer/name change.
November 29, 2019 – Last day for regular registration fees to apply.
November 14, 2019 – Electronic directory available for suppliers and buyers and appointment request process starts.
December 3, 2019 – Suggested date to register for inclusion in the appointment scheduling process.
December 13, 2019 – Deadline to access the special hotel rates available to Caribbean Travel Marketplace delegates.
December 31, 2019 – Deadline for suppliers to have their 2020 dues paid to be included in the appointment scheduling process.
January 8, 2020 (5pm EST) – Appointment Requests Deadline: the date by which all appointment requests must be received from registered Buyer and Supplier companies, to be included in the pre-scheduled appointment process. After this date, appointment requests are manually arranged by delegates.
January 16, 2020 – Appointment schedules distributed and mobile app available.
January 20, 2020 (2pm) – Registration opens at Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas.
