The Caribbean Travel Forum & Awards Presentation is a new event focusing on the business of tourism in the Caribbean.  The forum will focus on air connectivity and multi-destination marketing, sustainability, technology innovations, labor market constraints, and taxation.Hospitality professionals, general managers, thought leaders, and government officials will provide insightful information relevant to the Caribbean travel and tourism industry, including sharing regional and international industry data insights and consumer and travel trends. The forum will commence with “The State of the Regional Industry” address by Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) President Nicola Madden-Greig, followed by panel discussions on public-private partnerships in the tourism industry, and breakout panels focused on sustainability and technology.CHTA will announce the 2022 “Hotelier of the Year” and present the CHIEF awards in the areas of sustainability, marketing, operations, human resources and more at a luncheon following the keynote address.Hotel and attraction owners, managing directors, general managers and other executives are invited to participate in this most important discussion and networking opportunity about the future of the industry and the region. The Caribbean Travel Forum & Awards Presentation, to be held on Monday, October 3, 2022, is a stand-alone event immediately preceding Caribbean Travel Marketplace at the Puerto Rico Convention Center (October 3-5, 2022).For more information, please contact; register here
